Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for profitability & smooth running of the daily operations of the store.
• Responsible to maintain ideal food cost of the store.
• Checking weekly, fortnightly and month end tasks and reporting.
• In charge of set up of various departments (Operations, Training-Learning & Development, Scheduling & Payroll
and systems of the restaurants.
• Maintain various H.R. records and files for leave and attendance for the operations team.
• Checking Cash (Daily Sales, Banking backup & inventories etc.)
• Responsible for Local Store Marketing.
• Preparing reports and other performance analysis paper.
• Responsible for conducting performance reviews for the year end for operations team.
• Maintaining restaurant as per the health and safety regulations.
• Responsible for Customer Care-Complaint Handling etc.
• Responsible for Indenting (product and non-product) for restaurants.
• Crisis Management.

• B.A Program from Delhi University. (Through correspondence)
• Passed higher secondary school examination from C.B.S.E. in March’ 2004.
• Passed Secondary school examination from C.B.S.E. in March’2002.
